Curious about finding better ways of creating valuable products for customers?
SXSW Interactive speaker Jeff Gothelf (@jboogie) of Neo Innovation joined Jonathan Hassell, Shirly Ronen-Harel, Dave Malouf and a host of others in tweeting about a recent article on Medium by Melissa Perri titled "The Lean Product Management Manifesto."
The founder of ProductUX Labs, Perri shares a set of four guidelines that she has "used to improve [her] Product Management practice and help others do the same." The guidelines are:
- "Customer problems and needs over internal requirements"
- "Data driven experiments over preconceived solutions"
- "Customer problem roadmaps over feature roadmaps"
- "Idea generation and collaboration over solution mandates"
In her post, Perri succinctly describes the beliefs underpinning each of the four guidelines, after first noting that "while we value the things on the right, we value the things on the left more."

WYSKR at SXSW Interactive 2015
In the run-up to SXSW Interactive, WYSKR is keeping an eye on the content being shared on social media by the event's speakers. When particularly noteworthy content is shared by a speaker, WYSKR will share it with you, along with video content of interest.
Because great events curate great speakers, and great speakers not only know great content when they see it, they also often take the time to share it with others via social media.
